Assembly will be held on Zoom
Links will become active as items are available
Our annual Assembly is an amazing opportunity to connect, share resources for recovery and service, and lend your voice to the group conscience of Region One.
Intergroups represented at Assembly are strengthened--Reps bring home ideas and resources to help the intergroup and the meetings it serves. Each intergroup is entitled to one Representative for the first ten groups it represents and one for each additional ten groups or any fraction thereof. An intergroup may also select Alternate Representatives. An unaffiliated group may select one Representative and one Alternate. Please contact chair@oaregion1.org if you have questions about Assembly. |

PRE-ASSEMBLY ZOOM SESSIONS
"All About Assembly" ZOOM Sessions
There will be two conference calls to help Representatives know what to expect at Assembly. Two dates are offered for convenience; it is not necessary to attend both calls. All registered Representatives will receive an email with instructions on how to participate. Note: 30 minute "Meet the Maker" session will be held on the same Zoom call after "All About Assembly."
"Meet the Maker" of the motions ZOOM Sessions (right after All About Assembly)
The Bylaws Team and those who have submitted motions to Assembly will be available to answer Representatives' questions.
"Budget Q & A / Input Session" ZOOM Sessions
All Representatives are encouraged to participate in one of the pre-Assembly Budget Q&A sessions. We want to answer your questions and hear your valuable input in advance. This will save time at Assembly and allow for a more thoughtful process. Input from these sessions will be taken into consideration when creating the final proposal, which will be voted on at Assembly. All registered Representatives will receive an email with instructions on how to participate.
