The Jefferson State Intergroup is located in the mythical state of Jefferson. The area is surrounded by the majestic Cascade and Siskiyou Mountain ranges. It is centrally located along Interstate 5 corridor between Portland and San Francisco, just hours from the Pacific Ocean. The area offers breathtaking scenery in every direction, a growing economic base, moderate weather and a superior quality of life.

Our Intergroup consists of OA groups in the southern Oregon and northern California regions. Meetings are currently located in Ashland, Medford, White City, Klamath Falls and Yreka. We host a yearly retreat in early October in beautiful Gold Hill, Oregon. A meeting schedule with current contact numbers and the most current retreat registration brochure can also be found here.

The State of Jefferson is home to world-class fishing and river rafting, with mountains for skiing, biking and hiking. It's also home to North America's deepest lake and Oregon's only National Park, Crater Lake. One of North America’s premier birding areas can found here in the Klamath Basin. From the valleys to the high desert, wildlife and nightlife share space. Southern Oregon is home to a pair of well-known attractions: the Britt Music Festival and Ashland's Oregon Shakespeare Festival along with dozens of museums, art galleries, theaters, antique malls and tax-free shopping. History buffs will also recognize the region as the site of Oregon's 19th-Century gold rush, an era preserved within the boundaries of Historic Jacksonville, a National Landmark.
